Use the answers
Sort feedback into defects, usability problems, and new requests. Reproduce defects before prioritizing them, and tie usability concerns to the task they prevented rather than counting comments alone.
Keep the research useful
Enthusiastic early adopters may tolerate friction that later users will not. Include less experienced testers in validation.
